Item Description
An excellent, sharp, hexagonal, willemite crystal is partially cloaked in pink calcite on this fine combination specimen from Sterling Hill. The crystal has a beautiful terracotta hue. Seldom available in this very high quality, and is undoubtably old-time material. This is a robust, dramatic crystal. Ex George Elling Collection. Neon-green willemite fluorescence under SW UV light. Valued by George at $325 (per his label) in a large trade with me maybe 10 years ago. It is worth more today!
