Item Description
A rare and showy pseudomorph from Tsumeb and the Bob Trimingham Collection. Sparkly mint-green and tan willemite microcrystals have pseudomorphed (replaced) several sharp smithsonite rhombs as well as an earlier, platy boxwork of smithsonite. This rare, unusual and sculptural pseudomorph specimen displays well without aid. Ghostly white fluorescent under SW UV light. Priced at $600 by the former dealer years ago, this should be worth quite a bit more to somebody looking for really weird Tsumeb minerals and combos! A must for the locality or species collector. I value it around $1500, if I were to see it on a shelf at a show.
