Item Description
Willemite from Tsumeb is a personal favorite of mine, because it's not only uniquely colorful, but it's also rather gemmy compared to Willemite from most other world localities. This specimen is a wonderful thumbnail sized piece featuring beautiful, resinous, blue-green colored crystals measuring up to 1.0 cm sitting on matrix. The Willemites have a bit of iron oxide on the surface in spots, creating another layer of color contrast with more golden tones. A beautiful example of these famous specimens from this prolific locality.
