Rich brownish-red Willemite dominates this classic, blocky, large 2-fluorescent, 3 species specimen from the famous Sterling Mine of New Jersey. Sections of jet-black Franklinite crystals, to 5 cm and and patches of grayish-white Calcite are seen on all sides. Neon-green SW UV Willemite and flaming-red SW UV Calcite fluorescence. Rich and hefty zinc ore at 1865 grams or 4.1 pounds mass. Ex George Loud Collection No. 1089, a well-known Washington, DC and South Carolina mineral collector. He acquired the specimen in about 1985.
