Item Description
This is a relatively beautiful, and certainly rare, specimen of botryoidal Willemite from the renowned Santa Eulalia in Mexico from old finds of the 1960s. The highly lustrous Willemite is basically colorless, and mostly gemmy. The luster is excellent. So good, in fact, that it almost looks wet under decent light. Likely found in the 1960's, the largest of these botryoids, following the crust below, is about 2 cm across. Aesthetic and uncommon, this small cabinet Willemite also has a soft, cream-colored fluorescence. From the noted historic classics collection of Richard 'Dick' Hauck of New Jersey. Rare , today!
