Item Description
White cap amazonites are a rare and desirable commodity for the Colorado collector. The large crystal is complete all-around and is partially doubly terminated. The sidecar crystal is contacted on the back and base. The piece has pretty turquoise-blue color, fine form and a striking, preferential white cap on the back termination. The crystal has partial translucence. The amazonites are a bit lighter, than the photos show. This is an excellent example with fine color and form of this uncommon amazonite varietal. Such pieces with this saturated color, style and good form, are generally valued between $200-300 for crystals in this size range. A classic Colorado amazonite.
