Item Description

An aesthetic and truly bizarre looking cluster of sceptered quartz crystals from Madagascar. The faces of the sharply terminated, grayish-white scepters have striking skeletal features, that are accentuated by brown iron oxides. Cream-colored quartz covers the milky quartz stalks. These look remarkably like domes of Russian church steeples! And both sides look dramatically different! The primary scepters are all pristine. The end scepter has a contacted side, where another crystal lay, but no damage, per se. The basal contacting only add character, as they reveal the milky quartz interiors. This is possibly a unique, one-time Madagascar sceptered quartz. A must for the locality or species collector. Ex Robert Whitmore Quartz Collection and probably older material.
