Wavellite - rare locale

Item Description

Wavellite is known for its outstanding radial crystals and this is a classic from old England. These intergrown sprays completely cover the presentation side, and they reach an impressive 1.7 cm across. Flat sprays or rounded balls are the two main habits for Wavellite. This large miniature is attractive, with the Wavellites showing very well. These pieces are part of a century-old Italian collection that was recently acquired.
