Wavellite (good quality)

Item Description

Beautiful, sparkly, lustrous and jucy apple-green Wavellite botryoids to 1.5 cm line an undulating, elongate, excellent specimen from the recent 2010 find in Arkansas. The bit of novaculite matrix at the base is a great accent, as are the nearby broken "balls" that reveal the gemmy and lustrous, radial needles of the botryoids. The botryoids on the right are dusted with an unknown mineral. This is a very fine example from this find, which had a striking variety of colors and sizes of the Wavellite balls.
