A really attractive and showy specimen of velvety, deep blue-green Wavellite botryoids from the famous Mt. Mauldin quarries of Arkansas. The largest "ball" measures 1.2 cm across. Despite a tiny bit of roughness, the piece is remarkably complete on the display side with great form and unbroken "balls". Classic material, and certainly some of the most beloved Wavellite in the world for color. Valued at $1000 for the coverage of mostly undamaged spheres. The piece comes with a FREE custom lucite base.
