Fantastic, sculptural and colorful large wavellite from recent finds at Avant. Juicy, bladed rich sea-green wavellite botryoids with waxy lustre fill one vug, line one edge and are scattered elsewhere on the stunning, dramatic matrix of brecciated novaculite. The surreal "sail" plate is 7.3 cm tall. Certainly one of the more exotic, artistic wavellites with very fine color, that you will see from Avant.
