Item Description
Some of the most aesthetic and displayable specimens of Wavellite have come from the Siglo XX mine in Bolivia as described by Mark Bandy. This specimen is from a find of this material from 2009. This piece features sparkling, light yellowish-green color sphere-shaped radiating aggregates measuring up to 6 mm with Quartz on matrix. The quality of the Wavellite spheres is good, especially when compared to finds from the last 20 years at Siglo XX. A nice display specimen of an uncommon mineral.
