Arkansas wavellite specimens with distinctively isolated botryoids, such as this excellent piece, have always been uncommon and desirable. The juicy, translucent, apple-green, bladed hemispheres reach 1.1 cm and are attractively scattered on the large sculptural novaculite matrix. In excellent shape, the one broken botryoid reveals the nifty radial growth of the crystals. Classic Arkansas wavellite.
