Item Description

A fine and aesthetic, large example of nice green wavellite from the recent 2010 find. The lustrous, translucent, bladed botryoids are attractively clustered or are discrete on the shapely novaculite matrix. Most of the botryoids have a frosted wavellite overgrowth, but those that don"t, have fine luster. The trivial periphery wear reveals the nifty radial and banded growth of the wavellite.
