Item Description
Some of the largest and most displayable specimens of Wavellite have come from the Siglo XX mine in Bolivia as described by Mark Bandy. This piece features several, fine, yellow/cream color, sphere-shaped radiating aggregate measuring up to 7 mm with. The luster is velvety and not terribly dull like so many can be. This specimen was collected in September of 2008, and would make a great addition to a phosphate suite or a suite of specimens from the Siglo XX mine.
