Wagnerite (Kjerulfine) (rare)

Item Description

A hard to find example of the rare magnesium iron phosphate, Wagnerite (originally named Kjerulfine) from Norway. This specimen comes from an old East Coast collection, and is accompanied by a label from Ward's Minerals in Rochester, New York. The piece is essentially a massive pinkish-brown example with slight translucency around the edges.
