Vivianite (rare locale and size!)

Item Description

An important large crystal cluster from this small find of several years ago (that still trickles out today), this specimen has huge crystals for the locale. Multi-terminated, lustrous and translucent, blue green vivianite crystals, to 6 cm on an edge, clearly exhibit parallel growth. Some of the crystals are doubly terminated. Overall, while not as gemmy as the Bolivian examples may be, these robust crystals are fairly significant for Brazilian origin.
