A striking and aesthetic specimen of lustrous, beautiful, bluish-green, prismatic, vivianite crystals attractively set on an elongated, bar-like matrix of sparkling, iridescent, brassy, pyrite microcrystals on this classic and excellent specimen from the 1980s finds at the famous Morococala Mine of Bolivia. The beautiful indigo-blue and emerald-green is visible on the edges of the backlit partially translucent crystal. Ex Ed Bancroft Collection. This combination has always been highly desirable, as not many of this quality were found.
