Item Description

This mine has produced what are clearly some of the finest quality Vivianite specimens ever seen. This piece features absolutely beautiful, lustrous, gem quality, emerald green, sword shaped "textbook" crystals of Vivianite with minor metamorphosed Sandstone. The most interesting aspect to this piece is the the Vivianite crystals are slightly twisted/curved, giving them a very unique appearance. These are some of the best quality Vivianite crystals you will see from any locality, hands down. Keep in mind that over 75% of the specimens from this find have had SERIOUS damage problems. This piece is in good shape save one contact on the back. I have never seen specimens of this quality, color, luster and gemminess before, not only from Bolivia, but virtually any world locality. A super overall Vivianite specimen from this now well known discovery.
