Item Description
This mine has produced what are clearly some of the finest quality Vivianite specimens ever seen. This small cabinet size piece features absolutely beautiful, lustrous, deep emerald green, sword shaped "textbook" crystal of Vivianite on metamorphosed Sandstone. These are some of the best quality Vivianite crystals you will see from any locality, hands down. Keep in mind that over 75% of the specimens from this find have had SERIOUS damage problems. This piece is in great shape compared to many I have seen, despite a few contacts. I have never seen specimens of this quality, color, luster and gemminess before, not only from Bolivia, but virtually any world locality. Valued at $950 in the inventory. It is rare to find multiple crystals on matrix like this from Tomokoni.
