Veszelyite (rare) (good sized crystals) with Zincolibethenite

A really choice specimen of this limited, high quality and beautiful material from the Palabanda Quarries in Republic of the Congo (Brazzaville). In 2020, some excellent specimens of Veszelyite started appearing from this locality, typically seen growing on blue Hemimorphite, but this piece is different as it features Veszelyite on Zincolibethenite, with no Hemimorphite anywhere. This piece features several very good sized crystal groups of intense blue colored Veszelyite with sharp, lustrous well-formed faces measuring up to a full 1.0 cm, sitting on a thin layer of deep blue-green Zincolibethenite on matrix. You can clearly see the Veszelyites with the naked eye, and they look beautiful up close as well. A very attractive and fine quality example of these fantastic new specimens. Veszelyite used to be a notably rare species, but recently discoveries both here and in China have made the species much more accessible for collectors.
You might have seen the prices on certain contemporary Veszelyites on the market recently, so this is a great chance to pick up a fine quality example for a bargain price.
