Item Description
These are some of the more attractive and unusual Vesuvianite crystals to come out of any "Alpine cleft" locality. This piece features many sharp, VERY lustrous, gemmy, "root beer" colored prisms of Vesuvianite up to a few mm with white Calcite. Even though they're small, the Vesuvianites are good quality, and certainly remind me of crystals that I have seen from the Italian Alps.
