Item Description
Highly lustrous, barrel-shaped, vesuvianite crystals to 1.3 cm are very aesthetically clustered on starkly contrasting, colorless, stepped-growth, calcite rhombs. The crystals have particularly gemmy termination areas featuring riveting clove-brown color, which is highlighted by the backlit photo. This piece is comparable to the classic Italian pieces. Excellent Pakistan material from the Herb Obodda dealer stock. Herb valued this piece at $300, three or more years ago.
