These are some of the more attractive and unusual Vesuvianite crystals to come out of any "Alpine cleft" locality. This piece features very attractive sharp, lustrous, gemmy, "root beer" colored prisms of Vesuvianite. The Vesuvianites are good quality, and certainly remind me of crystals that I have seen from the Italian Alps. A great thumbnail of this hard to find material.
