Item Description
These are some of the more attractive and unusual Vesuvianite crystals to come out of any "Alpine cleft" locality. This piece features dozens of sharp, lustrous, gemmy, "root beer" colored prism of Vesuvianite up to 2 mm on matrix. The Vesuvianites are good quality despite the smaller size, and certainly remind me of crystals that I have seen from the Italian Alps. A nice reference miniature size specimen, with remarkably lustrous and eye-catching crystals.
