Item Description

These are some of the more attractive and unusual Vesuvianite crystals to come out of any "Alpine cleft" locality. This piece features a few sharp, lustrous, gemmy, "root beer" colored, shortened prisms of Vesuvianite up to 9 mm on matrix. The Vesuvianites are fair quality, and certainly remind me of crystals that I have seen from the Italian Alps.
