Item Description
This is one of the very largest of these now infamous lavender-colored calcites, that I have seen! We are simply liquidating it for a friend because its just too BIG. The piece is complete ALL AROUND, except for 2 contacts: one a fairly large contact but on the back of the smaller but sharper crystal; and another contact on the back of the "base" crystal. Neither detract from the display face. It is complete even on most of the bottom (the rest being contact). it has a lovely, relatively strong color for this find and as a bonus, shows good fluorescence as well. This is a MAJOR Chinese mineral specimen and is worth several thousand dollars in the real market, especially based on what we have seen at shows.
