Scintillating, brick-red, vanadinite barrels to 6 mm totally cover the mounded matrix on this very showy and fine specimen from the 1970s finds at this noted locale. All the crystals show striking flashes of yellow-orange gemminess under bright light and the larger crystals are distinctively hoppered. Drusy calcite covers a portion of the piece. The vannies may be small, but they are fine. They remind me of Mibladen vannies. In outstanding condition, considering the denseness of coverage. This cutie has multiple fine display possibilities.
