Item Description

Lustrous, translucent, red to orange, hexagonal vanadinite prisms, to 6 mm, richly cover matrix on this showy and excellent example from this well-known mine, on the same trend as the nearby famous Red Cloud Mine. Sparkly, drusy, colorless calcite rhombs coat the vannies. The uncoated crystals on the side and rear showy the true rich color of the vannies. Classic combination material.
