Item Description

A rare and beautiful pseudomorph from the famed Erupción Mine in Mexico featuring dozens of sparkling brown prismatic crystals of Arsenic-bearing Vanadinite which have pseudomorphed after thick tabular crystals of Wulfenite. These are actually not just a coating of Vanadinite, but an actual replacement of Vanadinite after the preexisting Wulfenites. This piece is a showy and eye-catching example with great aesthetics and no real damage that I can find. The largest pseudomorph measures 2.2 on edge. Valued $500.
