VERY RARE large and unusually strongly hoppered vanadinite on this rich large specimen from the famous Rowley Mine of Arizona. The lustrous brick-red to orangy-red prisms reach 1.0 cm and the tight, well-developed hoppered terminations really highlight this impressive piece. The Rowley Mine is one of Arizona's great wulfenite producers along with very fine mimetite specimens. Comes with a label from well-known and respected Arizona field collector and dealer, George Godas, who collected the piece.
