Item Description

This specimen was self collected by Harold Urish on April 26, 1997. Classic rich orange-red color hexagonal crystals of hexagonal Vanadinite on whitish to brownish Calcite. The mine is right next door to the world famous Red Cloud mine, and is well known for these gorgeous Vanadinite crystals. Outside of Morocco, these have to be some of the best known red Vanadinites in the world. Good quality overall, and very little damage. From the collection of Harold Urish.
