Item Description
A beautiful classic Vanadinite miniature consisting of lustrous, bright red, tabular, hexagonal crystals clustered on mound of white Baryte crystals that have a patchy manganese oxide (Hollandite?) coating. The bright Vanadinite crystals form a beautiful mound comprised of dozens of translucent, bright red, hexagonal plates from 0.3 to 1.0 cm across that contrast nicely with the underlying charcoal gray and white matrix. Superb quality all the way around with only a slight bit of edge wear very locally. A gorgeous miniature for a starter collection.
