Vanadinite on Baryte

Item Description

A classic and dramatic vanadinite and barite combination from Mibladen. Beautiful, gemmy and lustrous, tabular hexagonal prisms, to 1.0 cm, have rich red color and striking areas yellow-orange gemminess. The prisms are aesthetically scattered on the sculptural matrix of lightly tinted barite blades. The bit of noted modest crystal bruising and periphery wear is certainly only a minimal detraction to this artistic combination. The piece displays very well from either side.
