Item Description

Sharp, lustrous, brick-red vanadinite prisms are richly and aesthetically strewn along the crest of the elongated gossan matrix on this showy and excellent example from the famous mines at Mibladen. The tabular, hexagonal crystals, to 1.2 cm, have nifty zones of orange-yellow fire under bright light. Essentially pristine, with all of the crystal density, with only a few gently bruised edges and corners. Classic material from the Mervyn Ford Collection with two fine display views.
