Lustrous brick-red, translucent, tabular, hexagonal vanadinite prisms, to 1.5 cm, have striking flashes of yellow-orange fire under bright light. The vannies are richly and attractively strewn on the sculptural curved small cabinet plate. Both sides are excellent on this rich and showy plate. Very nearly pristine for all the crystal density. The few bruised prisms on the smaller crystal end are barely noticeable and are certainly only a modest detraction. Classic, rich and aesthetic two-sided Mibladen vanadinite of this varietal, source of the world's finest vanadinite specimens.
