Item Description

A nice little Vanadinite miniature from Morocco with totally different character from the other one in this auction. This is a cluster of distinct, thick, hexagonal, firey red crystals that are lustrous and transparent on the edges (prism faces) and exhibit a satin luster on the pinacoid faces and are translucent. Displays well with only minor microchipping. The back of the specimen shows a tan coating on the Vanadinite crystals only on select faces.
