A sculptural, dense and hefty intergrown cluster of lustrous, blocky vanadinite prisms from recent finds at this famous locale. The prisms, to 1.8 cm, are brick-red to orange-red and have scattered juicy gemmy zones of orange-red to cherry-red fire. The crystals on the back side have an oxide coating. The impressive frontal view is essentially pristine with only a bit of hard-to-see periphery wear on right side. This is classic, rich and desirable material from the recent finds at this famous locale and displays well without aid. Fairly valued at $1250-1500.
