Item Description

Aesthetically perched along the top of a contrasting matrix, is an elongate series of lustrous, vibrant, red-orange Vanadinite crystals from the famous Mibladen mining district of Morocco. These lustrous, brightly colored, hexagonal crystals are festooned atop a contrasting piece of matrix. An earlier generation of lustrous, translucent, orange-red, 1 to 3 mm Vanadinite crystals cover the top part of the orange-tan, Goethite-stained matrix upon which a later generation of fiery red-orange, translucent, super lustrous Vanadinite crystals from 0.5 to 1 cm across are placed in a relatively tight grouping. The color, luster and translucency of these Vanadinites are excellent. No damage.
