Vanadinite

From a significant 2009 find noted for its thick, robust crystals; this is a fine full miniature-sized specimen with crystals to 1.5 cm in size. They are robust, and the piece is gorgeous all around. While vanadinite is of course rather common, and comes out in thousands of pieces every 5-10 years to flood the collector market, still there are styles and styles, some we like more than others. This 2009 pocket I always particularly liked, and bought much of at the time they came out, for the robust geometric crystals.
