V-twin Rutile (Schlichter Coll.)

Item Description

Rutile V-twins of this unusual stout form are rare from this famous US locale and this is a very fine thumbnail. The splendent, well-striated crystal has rich reddish-brown color. Complete all-around and very nearly pristine, the front has a bit of contacting, but no damage, per se. There is even spots of cherry-red gemminess. Ex Schlichter Collection.
