Three, striking, beautiful, very sharp pretty oxide-tinted gemmy butterfly-twinned or V-twinned calcite crystals are aesthetically scattered on the small cabinet matrix plate studded with smaller 1st generation calcite crystals. The gorgeous twins reach 2.2 cm across. These stunning world-class calcites came out in the late 1990s to early 2000s, with very few since. These are certainly one of the most desirable calcite varieties in the world. Nearly pristine, with only a small edge wilber to the large twin. Excellent calcite from the Gary Weaver Collection. Valued at $600-750. Seldom on the market today.
