Item Description
A striking and beautiful, V-twinned, butterfly calcite crystal from an uncommon Nevada locality in the Carlin Trend. This stunning specimen looks just like the sought-after calcites from the famous finds at the 884 Mine in China about 14 years ago. Both terminations are pristine and the piece looks fabulous from either side. The little calcite rosette is a nifty accent. Ex Art Soregaroli Collection. MUCH BETTER IN PERSON. RARE!
