Uvite tourmaline (unusually elongated)

This is perhaps my biggest surprise in the auction for bizarreness, a huge elongated uvite tourmaline from Brumado. I have seen THOUSANDS of brumado uvites over the years and never one so elongated as this. At first I thought it was just a weirdly tapered Minas gerais tourmaline (elbaite). but, it is the more rare uvite tourmaline, and from Brumado. It is complete all around, a floater! And huge for one of these.
