A classic specimen of the well-known and beautiful chrome green Uvarovites from Outokumpu, Finland. This piece hosts a couple of sharp, lustrous, well-formed dodecahedra of intense green Uvarovite measuring up to 6 mm across on host rock matrix. A good representative piece of what are some of the most famous examples of the species in the world. This locality has been closed for over 25 years, and good specimens are becoming increasingly difficult to find these days.
