Item Description

From the collection of noted Colorado geologist, Allen V. Heyl, for whom the species Aheylite was named. A rarely seen specimen of bright yellow "tufts" of Uranophane with dirty brown Calcite on matrix from New Mexico. The piece was given to Allen Heyl by Jack Adams in 1984. Very cool and hard to find on the market.
