Item Description

A rarely seen Uranophane from the collection of Allen Heyl (for whom the species Aheylite was named after) who obtained it from Jack Adams in 1994, but the label states thaat the piece was collected in the 1950's. The piece features bright yellow radiating aggregates of Uranophane in Todilto Limestone. It is the only piece of the material that I've seen from this locality, and I trust the label, as Allen was amazingly good at identifying species.
