Item Description

Mineral specimens are very uncommon from this obscure uranium mine and calcite is rare. Brilliant canary-yellow sprays of acicular uranophane are dramatically scattered on the quartz-rich matrix covered with subhedral calcite. Rare and very colorful combination material from the Bob Trimingham Collection and purchased from respected Mineralogical Research Co. in 1981.
