Item Description
Two rich green malachite "bulbs", to 2.6 cm, are aesthetically set on the contrasting sculptural triangular small cabinet matrix of oxide-tinted pearlescent saddle-shaped dolomite rhombs. Well-formed and isolated botryoidal malachite on dolomite of this quality is RARE from Bou Beker, part of the well-known Touissit-Bou Beker mining district. A bit of noted scuffing to the botryoids is present but, only a minimal detraction. Choice, very showy and uncommon combination material from the locale from the Kurt Hefendehl Collection.
