Item Description
A striking, highly unusual, large, two-sided specimen of calcite crystals coating a highly etched, bi-colored fluorite crystal. The sugary, lustrous, calcite disks look like a blanket of flower petals covering the fluorite "mushroom" on the back. You can see where the calcite has casted the etched away fluorite and the glassy, bi-colored, fluorite "stalk" is very pretty blue and purple. No fluorescence. Dramatic, strange-looking and fine combination material from the famous Minerva # 1 Mine and the Dick Heck Collection.
